UAW Local 2300 Contract Costing by UAW International Research Department

Thanks to our unity and our powerful strike, the wages and benefits investment in this 4-yr agreement ($43M) is nearly 4x as big as the last two contracts combined covering 3 years ($11M). It includes an 8.9% wage increase in the first year, ends tiers, and protects our wages from inflation with first-ever COLA increases. When we say this is a record contract, we mean it!

The Bargaining Team unanimously endorsed this agreement and will be on hand at ratification info sessions to answer your questions.

WHEN: Sunday, 9/1 - 8am to 4pm; Monday, 9/2 - 8am to 4pm
WHAT: ratification vote and presentations and Q&A at 8:30 am, 11 am, 2 pm

Attending one of the days/times listed above for the ratification meeting/vote will count as one day’s strike duty.

Please be prepared to show your ID to vote on the tentative agreement after the presentation and Q&A.
