Management: PJ, KW, LK

 

Labor presented a counter demand to Management's last compensation offer, asking for a 3.75%, 3.75%, 3.75% raise with a one-time $2500 signing bonus. (See attached)

Labor also presented a counter demand to Management's last proposal regarding new language around Section 7 (Timecards). (See attached). 

After caucusing, Management presented Labor with a new compensation offer of 2.25%, 2.25%, 2.25% with a $500 signing bonus and new language surrounding Section 7 (Timecards). (See attached)  Management also presented a MOU with language intended to settle an open grievance, which was agreed to by Labor.

Labor returned with a counter demand of 3.5%, 3.5%, 3.5% with a $2300 signing bonus, some alterations to language around who is eligible for retroactive pay and compensation benefits. (See attached)

Management countered with 2.5%, 2.5%, 2.5% with a $500 signing bonus.

Labor countered with 3.25%, 3.25%, 3.25% with a $1500 signing bonus. Labor adopted Management's added language about retroactive pay and reorganized that clause in 9 for clarity.

The next meeting was scheduled for 11/3/2025 from 5-7pm and on 11/4/2025 from 5-7pm if needed.
