UAW Local 686 Civil and Human Rights Committee hosted their 2nd annual Trunk or Treat on October 21.  Trunk or Treat events have been gaining popularity around the country as a safe alternative for trick or treating.  Members parked their decorated cars in the UAW Local 686 Union Halls parking lot and handed out candy to children who were dressed up for the event. 

The committee started this event for members and their families along with the neighborhood children from around the union hall.  The date is already set for next year’s Trunk or Treat, which will be held on Sunday October 21, 2019 after the general membership meeting.   Please keep an eye out for more details.
