The UAW Education Department will host a Collective Bargaining Conference during April 23-28, 2023. The conference will be held at The Walter and May Reuther UAW Family Education Center, in Onaway, Michigan.

This conference is designed for current members of their local bargaining committee, and those who are aspiring to be negotiators. Delegates will participate in workshops that are related to the bargaining process, the subjects of bargaining, preparing and involving the membership, strikes and lockouts, contract costing, and advancing their negotiation skills with a mock bargaining session.
